Refund policy
We want your Motion Eleven experience to be smooth from start to finish. Our goal is to make returns and exchanges simple while keeping things fair for everyone.
Free Returns for Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover the full cost of return shipping.
Please contact us at returns@motioneleven.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos (if applicable)
Once approved, we’ll issue you a prepaid return shipping label and process a replacement, exchange, or refund as quickly as possible.
Partial Return Shipping Coverage
For change-of-mind returns or size/colour exchanges, customers are responsible for return postage.
However, to keep it easy and affordable, Motion Eleven offers a flat-rate $5 return label — we’ll cover the rest of the shipping cost.
You can request this option when submitting your return request at returns@motioneleven.com.au.
Free Exchanges (Not Refunds)
We’re happy to offer free return shipping when you’d like to exchange your item for another size or colour of the same product.
Simply request an exchange instead of a refund when you contact us.
Once your return is received, your new item will be shipped out at no extra cost.
Return for Store Credit
If you’d prefer to receive store credit rather than a refund, we’ll provide a free return shipping label.
Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card, which never expires and can be used on any future purchase at motioneleven.com.au.
General Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
