Domestic Shipping (Australia)
All Australian orders are shipped via AusPost from Brisbane, QLD.

Express Shipping (AusPost) – $14.95 AUD
• Estimated delivery 1–3 business days
All parcels include tracking and carbon-neutral delivery. Tracking links are automatically emailed once your order ships.
International Shipping
At this time, Motion Eleven ships to Australia and New Zealand only.
New Zealand
- Service: Standard International Tracked Shipping
- Flat Rate: $15.95 AUD
- Estimated Delivery Time: 7–14 business days

Future International Shipping
We are actively working on expanding our international shipping options.

Import Duties & Taxes
For New Zealand orders, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Order Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your parcel is on its way.
Delivery Delays or Issues
If your order is delayed, please check the tracking link provided in your shipping email first.
For lost or missing parcels, contact us at support@motioneleven.com.au with your order number and tracking ID, and we’ll assist promptly.
